Standard Tuning - (low to high) EADGBe
Theoretically, you could hammer-on and pull-off with your fretting hand (makes
a great practice exercise -- start slow!), but I prefer to tap the fretboard
with the pick instead. (I can play it faster that way, and it sort of gives it
that extra-spooky sound [at least on my setup].)
