Amber Lynn Chords

(ver. 1)
Mayday Parade
The song is in the key of F#. These are the chords they use, so you can either A)
Tune your guitar a half step down (Eb, G#, C#, F#, Bb, Eb) and play no capo, or B)
Tune your guitar to D Standard and play at capo 1.

All of these chords are pretty basic, except for one that I've named C9, even
though I'm sure that's not what it's really called. The diagram for it looks like this, though:

           Em C
She said, "boy, you better say you're sorry.
G D/F# Em C
Don't think forgiveness will come easy,
               G D/F#
'Cause it's all that I have to give.
        Em C
And, boy, I get the strangest pleasure
G D/F# Em C
Just sitting on these city rooftops
             G D/F#
And see the lights that go on for miles."

             Em D/F# C
And I'm dreaming all the time.
Em D/F# C
My heart is racing, yeah, I'm
Em D/F# C
Dreaming all the time.
Em D/F# C
Won't you be mine?

G C Em D
Amber Lynn, I've got three days to keep away.
G C Em D G
I've been waiting on that white horse, oh, for all those days.

Amber Lynn, you've got me all wrong.
            G C Em D

Em C G

They just won't come out right.
Em C G D/F#
'Til I find mine, 'til I find mine.
      Em C
Amber Lynn won't forget

The simple things you know, you know me best.
