Footnotes

a. These eight notes should be played as quickly as possible. If you can't get the fingering right, try them on a different 
string, or just play the fourteenth fret, eight times.

b. This is accurate. Slide from the fifth fret, all the way to the nineteenth for a measley two notes. If it's a little too 
far to make, then just play it on another string.

c. After letting the second fret ring out for a short time, you should lightly flcik the ninth, and slide it down. If you 
listen to the song, you'll hear it.
