Various Songs Tabs

(ver. 2)
Manson Marilyn
In a previous entry I sent in, I gave quite a few songs'
tablature to each of Marilyn Manson's albums, but I am sorry
to say that when I typed up I Put A Spell On You, from SMELLS
LIKE CHILDREN I screwed up pretty severely. To make up for
this unfortunate mistake I am giving you the COMPLETE tab
for lead guitar, and the bass. Here it is:

SYMBOL KEY:

-V___... is for VIBRATO. This is shown below the bar
that it's played on. Start at the V and stop
at the end of the line.
-BENDS: ' is a quarter step, ^ is a half step, and ~ is a
        full step.
-SLIDING / is to slide up (5/7) and \ is to slide
          down (7\5).
-SWITCHING FRETS h is to hammer on (5h7) and p is
                 to pull off (7p5).

It starts off with one minor difference from the
normal bass:

------------|
------------|
------------|
-2330--0--0-|

After that play this once before the guitar comes
in and repeat until the verse starts:
------------|
------------|
------------|
-3330--0--0-|

This is played on the guitar until the verse starts:
-------------|
-------------|
-------------|
-------------|
--7-5---7-5--|
-7---6-7---6-|

The bass for the first verse is:
-------------------------------------------------|
-------------------------------------------------|
-------------------------------------------------|
-------------------------------------------------|
-------------------------------------------------|
-0--0--0--3330--0--0--3335--5--5--8885--5--5--888|
..and starts all over.

This part is the complete verse (GUITAR) and does
 not repeat:
-------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------
--------------------------7-5---7-5---7-5---7-5--
--7-5---7-5---7-5---7-5--7---6-7---6-7---6-7---6-
-7---6-7---6-7---6-7---6-------------------------

-------------------------------------------------
--------------------------------5--5-------------
-------------------------------------------------
--------------------------7--7-7--7--------------
--7-5---7-5---7-5---7-5--7--7---------7-5---7-5--
-7---6-7---6-7---6-7---6-------------7---6-7---6-

-------------|
-------------|
-------------|
-------------|
--7-5---7-5--|
-7---6-7---6-|

After you play the GUITAR part once, and the BASS
part twice, pause until this solo breaks in [Solo 1]

-----------11----------------17--
-10^-----11----------------12----
-----------------9h10^-----------
---------------------------------
---------------------------------
---------------------------------

--------------11-------------------|
--9-10^-----11---------------------|
--------------------9-10^-----7----|
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
-----------------------------------|
..play the same bass part during this and
throughout the rest of the song.

After Solo 1, play the GUITAR verse (slightly
distorted) part again, and then immediately
break into Solo 2:

------------------------------------------
------------------------------------------

-------------------12--12---12---12-\5---------------
-----------------------------------------9-9---12-12-
----------------------------------------9----12------
-----------------------------------------------------
-----------------------------------------------------
                V_____________________

------------------10'10'--10'10'--10'10'------
-10-10-10(10-10)10------10------10------10-12-

----------------------------------------------
----------------------------------------------

----10(10)--------------|
--10------10------------|
------------12\9-9--7---|
------------------------|
------------------------|
--------------------0---|

After that is finished play this part once with a lot
of gain to it:

---------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------
---------------------------------------------
-2--2--2--5552--2--2--5557--7--7--ttt7--7--7-
-2--2--2--5552--2--2--5557--7--7--ttt7--7--7-
-0--0--0--3330--0--0--3335--5--5--8885--5--5-

-----------------------------------------
------------------------------------5--5-
-----------------------------------------
-ttt2--2--2--5552--2--2--5557-7--7-7--7--
-ttt2--2--2--5552--2--2--55577--7--------
-8880--0--0--3330--0--0--3335------------

--------------------------|
--------------------------|
--------------------------|
2--2--2--5552--2--2--5557-|
2--2--2--5552--2--2--5557-|
0--0--0--3330--0--0--3330-|
..between all the spaced notes in there play the note
just before the space FOUR times quickly. Also, any
of the t's in there above the eights are tens.

And thats all. So it goes:

Intro x4
Verse x1
[Solo 1]
Verse x1
[Solo 2]
Outro x1

the second solo seems kinda hard to learn at first,
but after a few times of playing it, it gets much
     easier.

                                  -POODGIE!!!
