After not finding any "chords" for this song, I figured I would try it myself. I played
this with the actual song and it sounds pretty accurate, though this may be best on
acoustic guitar.

Note: On some of the C's, you may want to throw a pinky down on the 3rd fret e-string
(ex: "cleanse me of the motives" would have the pinky down on "mo" and then off for "tives")

Capo 1

Intro: Strumming on C

Verse 1:
C F
Rid me of the notion that I ever had any rights
C F
Cleanse me of the motives that come in such a clever disguise
C F
Ruin my agenda, holy as it never was

G
Ooooohhh

Chorus:
            C F
And it’s all from Your hand
	        Am G
And there’s nothing that’s mine
       C F
And all that You give
 	Am G F
You’re free to take away

Verse 2:
C C/B C F
I’m just trying to hold on, clinging to the dream inside
C F
I was only selfish and You were only part of my life

G
Ooooohhh

Chorus:
            C F
And it’s all from Your hand
	        Am G
And there’s nothing that’s mine
       C F
And all that You give
 	Am G F
You’re free to take away, away

Bridge:
          G F
Every breath, every word
                  G F
There isn’t one thing I deserve
	   G
All that I am is Yours

Chorus :
            C F
And it’s all from Your hand
	        Am G
And there’s nothing that’s mine
       C F
And all that You give
 	Am G F
You’re free to take away

The outro is a mixture of partial phrases from the chorus with the chords from the chorus.
