Century Tabs

(ver. 2)
Live
"Century" by Live
On the new album, Secret Samadhi

This is a cool song from Live's latest album. The album's really good,
but it's something that definitely grows on you as you listen to it.

Tune a 1/2 step down, as per usual for about 99% of Live's songs.

This is real easy, but here's one of the main chords he uses:

F#7 sus4/E (F sharp 7 suspended 4 with an E bass, I know, I know,
it sounds a lot harder than it actaully is. It's
basically an open E chord moved up two frets.)

eb:---0----|
Bb:---0----|
Gb:---2----|
Db:---4----|
Ab:---4----|
Eb:---0----|

Verse:
(using Chorus)

E F#7 sus4/E
Everybody's here... (simply repeat these two chords for the verse,
and listen to the song to get the correct
				 strumming pattern.)

Chorus:
(using distortion)

			    B
this puke stinks like beer,
(B)
and everybody's here, so
A G
come on, come on, come on,
	 F# E
let's lay waste to this
   	B A B
century...
A G
come on, come on, come on,
	 F# E
return to nothing...

(again, listen for the strumming pattern; there's some chunk-a-chunk-a
muting on the A chord. Also, all the other chorus' all simply extended
versions of the first, so listen for those changes, too)

Bridge:

F# G A
On the edge, of a kiss, smack on the lips
			D
  dangled with tongue
F# G A
On the edge, of a peace, that can't stand low
			B
  and won't stand tall!

That's pretty much all the parts to this song; just piece them together
and have fun!
