Verse 1
B B/A#
I'll catch you again someday

G#min G#min F# E
on the streets of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

       B F#
then again, maybe not

E5 B5 F#5 G#5 F#5
Where we can sit and reminisce about our younger years

              E5 B5
and how we'd stay in bed all day

           F#5 F#
when you should've been in class

Chorus
    E* B E* B F#
then, then in the night that light shown down upon you

E* B F#
made you look like the star that you were

E* B E* B F#
then in the night that light shown down upon you

E* B F#
made you look like the star that you are

Verse 2
B B/A#
Daytime thoughts on those streets

G#min G#min F# E
through winter breezes, freezy gusts of wind

         B F#
cutting razors to my years

E5 B5 F#5
those bitter cold days cast your silhouette

G#5 F#5 E5 B5
angel-like, through the fogged-up cafe glass

 F#5 F#
reality became a dream

Chorus
E* B E* B F#
then in the night that light shown down upon you

E* B F#
made you look like the star that you were yeah

E* B E* B F#
then in the night that light shown down upon you

E* B F#
that light shown down upon you

Bridge(let chords ring):
G#m
Driving you to the airport

B
watching you walk off to the

F# G#m
plane that did carry you away

G#m B
you were too sad to look back to

wave goodbye

  F# G#m F# B
so I'm not going to tell you what you missed

              F# B F# G#m F#
And I'm not going to tell myself that I will ever find you

  E F#
glowing in those lights again

      B F# G#m F#
cause I don't know if I will ever have that chance

E5 F#5 G#5 B5
but still I'll never forget those days we had

          E5 F# F#
and I'll never forget those nights in the dark

        F# F# F#
in the pitch black moonlight

Verse 3 (arpeggios):
B B/A# G#m
The streets of this town are still cold

           G#m F# E B F#
and still windy but the 61C doesn't feel same

E B F#
you said, "let's just leave it to fate"

      G#m F# E B
so I guess I'll just have to leave it to fate

     F# F# F# F# F#
and wait, and remember those days turned to nights

Chorus
E* B E* B F#
When in the night that light shown down upon you

E* B F#
Made you look like the star that you were

E* B E* B F#
When in the night that light shown down upon you

E* B F#
            Yeah

Verse 3 is arpeggioed plus some embellishment, and I didn't tab out the individual notes
the chords are basically the same. Maybe some other time. The other tricksy part is in
bridge right after "tell you what you missed". He palm mutes and does a pick-up chord. I
have it written as F# pick-up to B, which works, but he is probably doing only this:
E----
B---4
G---4
D-4--
A-4--
E----
