This is a tab by Vasser.
The name of the song is Empire.

In honor of JTG's new album, I decided to take an hour
or so of my time to tab this one out. I recently had the
pleasure of seeing these guys live in person, but sadly this
was one of the few songs in their repertoire that they did
not play. I'm not completely sure about the chorus, but
everything else I'm 100% sure of. This is the album version

Verses:
An A chord palm-muted on the album throughout the first two bars in Verse 1,
live he tends to mess around in (I think) the A major scale with delay
instead of just strumming the chord. On the last measure of the 2nd bar on
the album version, let up on the palm-mute and just strum the A chord
aggressively until the end of the first bar. Then progress into the
main verse melody:
