*end of solo

lesson: solo part of sax, i've arranged for guitar. this is, i believe, 99%
accurate.
it took me an hour for this one. there are some parts of the solo that's hard
to play which needs a bit of sweeping & rolling (if you're not aware of that,
try to check out john petrucci lessons!) anyway, one instance from the solo is
at the 1st bar. what i did to play this easily it to pick every 3-note pattern
in an alternate-picking manner (which i think was called
in/out-of-string-picking by
john petrucci, i can't hardly remember). to explain further, pick the 1st note
with a downstroke, then the 2nd note with an upstroke, then the 3rd note with
an upstroke..
and so on.. until you came down with the last 4 notes (i'm talkin about the 1st
bar,
i hope you still follow).. you can then try to sweep it down. and on the left
hand,
your index finger does the rolling, in that way the notes wouldn't sound as if
they were being plucked as chords. and one more thing, not only the first bar
of the solo needs some basic sweeping & rolling, there are also some parts that
	needs straight sweep.
anyway, if you get to practice this perfectly, try to add some light distortion
on your strings then see what it would sound like..
