overdrive going and strum quickly.  (On the last bar right before
the prechorus keep strumming the A octave at the end there instead
of stepping down to D again.)

This is, now, where the chorus comes in.  Back to your overdrive,
and maybe turn it up a bit this time.

Play that twice and then you're back up to the intro/verse piece
again, but this time with some added fills.  The first two fills are
just tremolo picking an A note on the high 'e' string, first with
a cleaner tone, second with some drive.  The third fill looks
something like this, bending both strings a bit after each stroke.

The fourth fill is some effects and feedback, just improvise there.
Now we're back to the prechorus so get a clean tone going again,
except instead of ending it like we did last time we're going to
play through this four times through.  The recorded guitar track
ends on an A note (G string, 2nd fret), but you can chop that off
to fit this and the next piece on one guitar.

That's it!  Now I must make a note that during the intro and
bridge there are some fills that sound like distorted guitar
that are actually some keyboard pieces.  If you'd like to use
them as guitar pieces, though, feel free to toss them in there.
