Dear Submittor,

   In an attempt to improve the quality of files we receive here
   at OLGA, we have introduced new acceptance policies, as outlined
   in the reply FAQ you received when you submitted your file. In
   accordance with these policies, we have to return your file to you
   for the following reason(s):

	(o)  	it contains high ASCII characters which may be unviewable
		on certain systems.  Where possible, please use standard  
		ascii punctuation marks (limited to those characters  
		found on a typical 101-key keyboard) to approximate  
		non-english characters.  (If anyone has any suggestions  
		about a better way to support accented characters in a  
		universally viewable format, please contact the archivers  

	When you are ready to resubmit, send your file again to 
   have addressed the archivists' concerns. Upon re-submission, we
   will gladly review your contribution and hopefully add it to the 
   Archive.
