How Do You Feel Today Chords

(ver. 1)
Gabrielle Aplin
Tuning: D-G-D-G-B-D (Open G)
NOTE:It will NOT sound accurate playing the regular chords in standard tuning.

This is my chords version of How Do You Feel Today by Gabrielle Aplin.
I did a full tab that is available here:

Its basically the same except the tab has finger picking,
and I have added a few notes in certain chords to make it sound nicer.

(the only reason I have tuned down the lowest string in this and not the tab
is because, although neither use it really, if you catch it while ur playing
in this key, it sounds awful, also the G chord sort of uses it, but I tend
not to play it in this)

I have written basic names for the chords, because Im not entirely sure of
the accurate names, but if you follow how they are written, they sound pretty good.

In this tuning, the chords are played like this:

    G C/G Gmaj7 G* C6 C* G/D C Em D G/B Cadd Am7

G C/G G
The sound of your laugh has a ring of weariness
Gmaj7 C/G G
The night has a thousand eyes and your smile of heaviness
    G C/G G
Ive always asked for nothing but youve found it hard to see
Gmaj7 C/G G
So I gathered all I had and laid it down before you feet
Gmaj7 C/G G
I gathered all I had

   G* C6 C* G/D C
So how do you feel today?
G* C6 C* G/B C
How do you feel today?
       Em D G/B Cadd9
Cause tonight Im closing all the doors
    Em D G/B Cadd9
So stay outside or lay down with our flaws
G* C6 C* G/D C

          G C/G G
We moved faster than fate but it came at a cost
          Gmaj7 C/G G
Now youre tripping over backwards for the days of youth you lost
  G C/G G
I offered you my hands and Ive given you my hope
       Gmaj7 C/G G
So let me be your salvation, I refuse to be your rope

Those songs and bells were just the laughter of guns
             Am7 G/B Em D C
I knew your stories, I knew it was love
           Am7 G/B C G
But those songs and bells were the laughter of guns
