Ok as for the third verse, its either this,

 either way, they both might be wrong, take a listen and improise, 
 its most likely one of the frequent cords int he song just being
 rippled.   If you cant figure it out, just ripple the verse it sounds
 fine, (adds a personal touch tot he song too :) hah
