Death And The Maiden Tabs

(ver. 1)
Elemeno P
Death & the Maiden (cover)
Drop D
(Make the low E string when holding the 7 fret sound the same as the A string)

This is my first tab and it probably sucks. I take corrections always.
I couldnt figure out the second verse apart from that little bit.
Amazing NZ band and this is the only tab for the elemeno p version of this song.

Couldnt figure out the rest of this bit.

"You shouldn't talk to me find better company there's better people to know"
For this bit, it is either really quiet guitar or bass.

For the rest (pre chorus and chorus) just play the same thing.

Lyrics:

You're just too you're too obscure for me
Oh and you don't really get through to me
And there's no need for you to talk that way
Is there really less special little things to say?

Do like Paul Verlaine?
Is it gonna rain today?
Shall we have our photo taken?
We'll look like Death and The Maiden (yeah)

Verlaine, Verlaine, Verlaine,
Verlaine, Verlaine etc

And I still choose to lose the way I like
I fool around, slit my arms out of spite
But I won't reject so long as you make sense
But I'm through the ruse and vague intentions

You shouldn't talk to me
find better company
There's better people to know
You'll only end up like rimbaud
Get shot by

Verlaine, Verlaine, Verlaine,
Verlaine, Verlaine etc

You shouldn't talk to me
find better company
There's better people to know
You'll only end up like rimbaud
Get shot by Verlaine

Verlaine, Verlaine, Verlaine,
Verlaine, Verlaine
Verlaiaine
