This is my interpretation/version of the song and is what I hear.
Since U-G doesn't always include the correct chord voicings, I have
included all of them in this transcription. Please feel free to
experiment with your own chord voicings. I have rated this one as
intermediate, even though it uses a lot of open chords. It still
has one barre chord and the ending has three jazz chords using
standard fingerings. Even if you can't play the barre chord and the
jazz chords at the end, don't be afraid to play the rest of this
beautiful song. Practice the more difficult chords and you'll 
eventually get them.
