Alright, so this may not be exact, but I think it's pretty close...(
enough to get you started and you can add your own flavor to it).

First, to play these parts, you should capo at the 3rd fret so that
you can play the progression in "A" instead of "C".

The main riff is...

e|-----------------------------------|
B|-----------2--(2)-x-x--------2-----|
G|-*---------2--(2)-x-x--------2---*-|
D|-*---------2--(2)-x-x--------2---*-|
A|----2^3~~--0-----------3h4---0-----|
E|-----------------------------------| Intro x4

Then, in the verses, during the "E" part (or "G" if you're playing
without a capo) where Cody says... "Wouldn't went and done me wrong, etc."

e|----------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|------------------2--(2)-x-x--------2----------2--(2)-x-x--------2----|
G|------------------2--(2)-x-x--------2----------2--(2)-x-x--------2----|
D|------------------2--(2)-x-x--------2----------2--(2)-x-x--------2----|
A|----------0-------0-----------3h4---0---2^3~~--0-----------3h4---0----|
E|--0-2-3-4---2^*-------------------------------------------------------|

Okay, now for the lead... Think of it as three parts...

First, the lead is in the key of "C", but is mostly in the Em pentatonic
box (relative to the capo)....

NOTE: While the notes in the riffs above were relative to the capo, the
notes in the lead are written relative to the nut because I think they're
easier to find that way...so "12" is the fret with two dots!!!

Part I

    A(C)

e|--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
B|-/13--13--11-10--8---10~~--/13--13--11-10--8/10\8~~--/13--13--11-10--8---10~~---
G|--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
D|--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
A|--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
E|--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

*hold bend while playing the "11" and the play a prebend(12) release...

---------------------------|
-------11------------------|
--*10^----12r10--9~~~------|
---------------------------|
---------------------------|
---------------------------|

Part II

Here it sort of switches to the "Gm" Pentatonic Box (again relative to the
capo)...this is a pretty fast lick, so some of the notes might not be exactly
as the CD...

   D(F) A(C)

e|-----------------------|-----2-5---------2-------2---------------------------2-|
B|-----------------------|---------5-(3)/2---5---------------------------------2-|
G|-----5--5~~---7^--5~~~-|-4^------------------4br---4-2-----------------------2-|
D|-5h7--------7----------|-------------------------------4-2---2-4-2---2~~-----0-|
A|-----------------------|-----------------------------------4-------4-----3b4---|
E|-----------------------|-------------------------------------------------------|

Part III

   E(G) A(C)
                                     Walkdown/up
e|-------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
B|-------------------------------------------------------------------------------|
G|-4brp2---2h4p2---2-------2h4p2---------------------------------2----------2----|
D|-------4-------4---4-2---------4---2-------------------------------------------|
A|-----------------------4---------------4---3---2---0---2---4-------2h3h4-------|
E|-------------------------------------------------------------------------------|

That's it.

There's another lead later on, but I'm too tired to tab it out right now...
I'll try to get to it soon. It's really just a bunch of chunky stuff with a
wah in the Em pentatonic (w/capo). Just mess around a little and you'll be
able to play something cool there...

Corrections/Comments wecome. I tried to explain myself as best I could, hope
it's not confusing. As I said, I'm not sure it'sexactly right like the CD, but
I think it's close and will give you the freedom to do your own thing with it
while staying true to the song...

Peace
