Plucked by El Flynntastico

This can be played with open chords with C#m, E, B, F# which is how
Carolina Liar do it. However if you’re a beginner (or just lazy like me)
you can bust out your capo and stick it on the 4th Fret and play the
chords below:-).

CAPO 4

 A C
What a waste of time, he thought crossed my mind
          G D
That I never missed a beat
        A C G D
Can’t explain the who, or what I was, trying to believe
       A C G D
What would you do, What would you do, Do you know ?
        A C G D
I once had a grip, on everything, It feels better to let go

Chorus:--------------------------------------------------------------
          A C G D
I’m not over, I’m not over you just yet
          A C G D
Can not hide it, your not that easy to forget
         A C G D
I’m not over
---------------------------------------------------------------------

       A C
Never took the chance, could have jumped the fence
          G D
But was scared of my own two feet
             A C
Could have crossed the line, it was black and white
     G D
No contrast to be seen
      A C G D
What would you do, What would you do, Do you know ?
        A C
Was it all a joke, never had control
         G D
I’m not better on my own

Chorus:--------------------------------------------------------------
         A C G D
I’m not over, I’m not over you just yet
         A C G D
Can not hide it, your not that easy to forget
         A C G D
I’m not over

 Interval: A C G D
(quietly) A C G D

(quite again for this verse, try single down stroke for each chord)
         A C
What a waste of time
                G D
The thought crossed my mind
       A C
cant explain this thing or what I mean
        G D
I’m trying to let go

Out Chorus (bang away):----------------------------------------------

         A C G D
I’m not over, I’m not over you just yet
          A C G D
Can not hide it, {can not hide it} your not that easy to forget
         A C G D
I’m not over {over} I’m not over you just yet
          A C G D
Can not hide it, {can not hide it} your not that easy to forget
         A C G D A C G D
I’m not over   { Oh, oh, oh, oh} I’m not over   {Oh, oh, oh, oh}
A C G D, A C G D, A C G D A
Ah, oh, oh, oh, oh… Ah, oh, oh, oh, oh… Ah, oh, oh, oh, oh
