"So Bryan Adams is back again with his new album......I thought you got retired from singing man!"
This is my second song of tabbing Bryan's song. I used to tab songs a few years ago then
after that I took a long break. This album as a whole has got a new taste.....or is it
just the way how i feel it? "I was only dreamin" is a very nice song with a very good
lyric and I have just written the chords for now......i am working on the riffs and the
solos of the song and i'll be posting it soon. So here it is......
                               I was just dreamin

Verse I:
she left her shoes out on the beach
she left my dreams just out of reach
she left her footprints in the sand
she was a bird right in the hand
i met a girl that made me laugh
  she left a faded photograph
 i thought i heard a siren song
D Em
i sang along but i was...

Chorus: (riff played)
Em Am
  i was only dreamin'
Em Am
  i was only dreamin'
C G
 visions in my head
 talkin in my sleep
 turning in my bed
 life was so complete
her shoes were on the beach
B Em
 but i was only dreamin'
Verse II:( The chord pattern for the second verse and the rest of the chorus goes
exactly the same way as it went in the first verse and the first chorus respectively.)

i met a girl that talked in rhyme
i met a girl who took her time
i saw the ocean in her eyes
 i saw myself unrecognized
and all the stars up in the sky
fell down like rain and made me cry
i held the world right in my hands
i held her close but i was...
