This is not exactly how Peter Hayes plays it, but this is how i worked it out by trial
error and its pretty close.
The song needs to be finger picked using your thumb on the lower notes and your fingers
the high, this can be a bit tricky at first but after playing it slowly to start with
get used to your fingers doing different things at the same time. At first try just 
the lower notes and the chords to get the melody then add in the higher notes.

Its tuned to open D so thats:

Then a capo on the third fret
