Really really easy :) such a lovely song though, its truly beautiful :D
The best way to play it (in my opinion for a nicer sound) is basically to play each
chord with the E and B strings open, so you essentially play the barre chords or power
chords depending if you're on the E or A string, and just leave the two high strings 
open as it's in the correct key. Fingering pattern is at the top of the page.
