At the Drive-In

Trying to find a tab for this song was driving me crazy, so I finally realized I could
figure it out-and when I did-I decided to share them with you all. A little note, this

Here is what I have tabbed this along to:

Standard Tuning -
e
a
d
g
b
e

-_Verse_-
Guitar 1
e---------------------0---------------|
b--2----2----0-2--------0-2-----------|
g--2----3--------2--------------------|
d-------0-----------------------------|
a-------------------------------------|
e-------------------------------------|x4

Meanwhile Guitar 2 plays this repeatedly

-------------------------------------------------|
-------------------------------------------------|
-------------------------------------------------|
-------------------------------------------------|
-12-11-11-12-11-11-12-11-11-12-11-11-12-11-------|
-------------------------------------------12----|

Lyrics:

Chances are you've heard this
But your headphones mute your equilibrium
Hearing test
The matress hit the mistress fooled
But nothing ever felt this good
Wake you up and shake you, but your motor skills still speak in slurs

-_Chorus_-
The note played for the "g" chord (2nd from the top) is optional, really. I think the
is in the right place, but there are most likely two guitars and I'm creating the
for one:

--------------|
-8-8-8--xx----|
-7-7-7--xx----|
-x-x-x--xx----|
-x-x-x--xx----|
-7-7-7--xx----| x3

After that, add this in while the second guitar continues the above one more time:

---------|
---------|
---------| At first, it's hard to work this in, but you get used to it.
-8-5-----|
-----5---|
---------|

Following that, play:

-----------------------|
-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8-8---|
-7-7-7-7-7-6-6-6-6-6---|
-----------------------|
-----------------------|
-----------------------|x2
Lyrics:

Court jester, don't kill the humor

I said court jester, don't kill the humor
(Eeyore chase your own, Eeyore chase your own)

For 3 seperate parts, it's a fairly fast sequence and all of them are done 2 times for
first time, and 4 times for the remaining times.

-_Verse_-
The verse is repeated with these lyrics:

Chances are you've curved this
The volume of the speakers must be proud
Don't change your tune
A princess' work is never done in the bed and breakfest beck and call
Wake you up and shake you, but your motor skills still speak in slurs

-_Chorus_-
The chorus is repeated, except this time the sequence is played 4 times instead of 2.
lyrics are the same, except inbetweem the phrase "court jester don't kill the humor",
adds a "eeyore, chase your own".

-_Bridge_-
---------------------------|
---------------------------|
-7-------------------------|
-7-------------------------|
-5-------------------------|
------9-7-5----3-2-0-------|x2

After two of the above, this comes in heavily. The first 4 power chords are stricken 5
the 5th 2 times, and the remaining 2 once:

------------------|
------------------|
------------------|
------------------|
-12-11-9-7-5-4-2--|
-10--9-7-5-3-2-0--|

This is followed immediately by:
-10----10-12----12-16----16-16----16---|
----12-------12-------12-------12------|
---------------------------------------|
---------------------------------------|
---------------------------------------|
---------------------------------------|x2

Then repeat this as a sequence once more:
------------------|
------------------|
------------------|
------------------|
-12-11-9-7-5-4-2--|
-10--9-7-5-3-2-0--|

-10----10-12----12-16----16-16----16---|
----12-------12-------12-------12------|
---------------------------------------|
---------------------------------------|
---------------------------------------|
---------------------------------------|x2

In the index, two bridges will mean the addition of this sequence to the overall
Confusing, huh?

Lyrics:
Brown shirt
Italian Cut
Goose Step and call our-
Bluff

Will your ears ring the tetinitus chorus goes
Will the decibals work as bifocals

-_Verse_-
Repeated once again, with changed lyrics:

Chances are you've heard this
And chances are you've curved this, again
Don't change your tune
I'm hearing tests again

-_Chorus_-
Do this four more times, with lyrics similar enough to the previous chorus.

-_Bridge_-

Repeat the initiary bit, and add the ending sequence (the last 2 bits) to the end three
times. In the middle of the third sequence, cut it off and work straight towards the verse.

-_Verse_-
This is an almost silent verse, and the end of the song proceeds it.

Sorry if this doesn't sound right in terms of the song's structure, I have no idea if
version is the same as the album version.
